FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT KIND OF CHURCH IS SADDLEBACK?
Saddleback Church is a non-denominational, multicultural church. No matter who you are or where you come from, there’s a place for you here to feel loved and welcomed!
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
For your first visit, plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to the service so we can already get to know you.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
There are plenty of free parking spots on the streets nearby. However, we recommend using the subway U6 to the station Kochstraße/Checkpoint Charlie.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Most people dress very casually when they attend a service — t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. But you are welcome to wear whatever you’d like!
WHERE DO I GO AFTER I ARRIVE?
You can meet one of our Welcome Team members at the Connection Center, and they would be more than happy to show you around.
HOW LONG DOES A CHURCH SERVICE LAST?
Our typical weekend services last about 75 minutes, with live worship and a message.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS AND/OR TEENAGERS?
Our Next Generation Services take place on the 1st floor. Saddleback Kids (SK) is our programming for kids. We currently have three different age groups that meet every Sunday during our first service: toddler (during our 9:30 am service), early childhood (during our 11:30 am service), and elementary kids (during our 11:30 am service)! Our SK environment is fun, safe, and age-appropriate. When you arrive, greeters are available to guide you to our Saddleback Kids check-in area. Our Saddleback Youth Ministry (SYM) offers a Girls and a Boys group (age 13 to 18), that meet alternative every other week during our 11:30 am service. The girls group meets every 1st and 3rd Sunday during the first service. The boys group meets every 2nd and 4th Sunday during the first service. On a potential 5th Sunday, both groups meet together.
